Registration

  • Register online, or by mail (1105 S. Mechanic St, Decorah). A $20.00 yearly nonrefundable registration fee per student is due at the time of registration.

  • If your dancer is signing up for a 30-week leveled class it is a full-year commitment.

  • Class changes must be submitted to the studio in writing.

  • Any student wanting to withdraw from a recreation-level class must submit a withdrawal form by the 28th of the month in order to not incur tuition charges for the following month. Click here to submit the form WITHDRAWAL FORM

Tuition

  • Tuition is based on a session payment total with payments broken into monthly installments for September through December or for the year September through April. Students will not be charged extra for months with five classes, nor will monthly tuition be prorated for months with fewer than four classes.

  • Families that choose to pay for the entire session in September or for yearly in two installments (September and January) will receive a 5% discount on their tuition. You must email the studio before the session begins to let us know you are choosing this option.

  • All payments will be auto-drafted on the 1st of each month. Registration is not considered complete until a debit/credit card is placed on file. A $25 late fee will be applied to any accounts that are not paid by the 10th of the month.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

  • The studio reserves the right to cancel any classes due to low enrollment

    Dress Code

  • The studio dress code can be found here.

  • Please make sure your dancer does not wear school clothes to dance class and has their dancewear packed if they are coming straight from school.

  • Dancers cannot work in jeans and shorts expose knees which can be painful when we work on the floor.

  • Loose-fitting clothing also makes it very hard for instructors to see the dancer’s body in order to watch alignment and make corrections.

Class Policies

  • If your dancer is exposed to COVID and is symptom free they may attend class but must wear a mask for ten days from the time of exposure. Dancers who have COVID may return to class ten days after their positive test IF they have no more symptoms. If your dancer tests positive for COVID and is feeling well, please contact the studio as we will live-stream their class so that they can attend from home. Please consider testing your dancer if they have symptoms. If a dancer becomes ill or develops a fever during class we will call you and have the dancer isolate from others until they are picked up.

  • We will not be requiring masks for classes at this time; however, masks are encouraged. Our masking policy is subject to change in the middle of a session if we find that there is consistent exposure through classes.

  • Please DO NOT drop your dancer any earlier than 10 minutes before class and dancers MUST be picked up promptly.

  • Dance shoes should NOT be worn outside of the dance studio.

  • If the Decorah Public Schools cancel classes or dismiss early due to weather, dance classes will also be canceled unless notified by the instructor. Information regarding the weather will be updated on the studio phone outgoing message, a studio chat will be sent (please make sure you download our app to get notifications), and on the studio's Facebook page.

  • Absolutely no food, gum, or drinks are allowed in the studio.
